Beschrijving:

Sierlijk éénjarig gras dat zich gemakkelijk uitzaait. De bloeiende aren vormen ronde, luchtige ‘wolken’, die voor een prachtige omlijsting zorgen voor andere planten. Ook geschikt voor in boeketten.

Winterhard in: zones 5-9 (-15 Celsius)

Zaai-instructies: Kiemt in 10-90 dagen bij ca. 20 Celsius. Zaden niet afdekken.

Plant-instructies: Niet te natte grond in volle zon of halfschaduw.

Description:

An upright annual grass native to Spain and Portugal. It is a big favourite amongst florists for its seed heads….spikelet flowers which give it an airy look.

Sowing instructions: seeds will usually germinate in 10-90 days, even under good conditions germination may be erratic.

Normally will only germinate with light so surface sow. Sow seeds on the surface of a Peaty seed sowing mix at about 20C.

Planting instructions: Very well drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
