Zaai-instructies: Kiemt onregelmatig in 15-90 dagen bij circa 25 Celsius. Zaden niet afdekken.

Plant-instructies: Zeer goed doorlatende grond met veel stenen. Hoe droger de grond, hoe hoger de winterhardheid. Volle zon.

Sowing instructions: Ficus carica seeds will usually germinate in 15-90 days, even under good conditions germination may be erratic. Normally will only germinate with light. Sow Ficus carica seeds on the surface of a peaty seed sowing mix at about 25 Celsius. Sow on the surface of moist compost, use a translucent cover to allow light in and to keep the compost humid and warm (do not place in direct sunlight)

Planting instructions: Figs can grow in poor sandy mixes. Providing broken pot shards or stones under the roots will help restrain the growth, resulting in a dwarf and highly productive tree. Provide excellent drainage. Too much water at the roots can make the fruits split.
