Vroeg gezaaid groeit deze ui hetzelfde jaar uit tot volwassenheid: een goed bewaarbare, platronde ui. In juli zaaien geeft in de herfst kleine bolletjes die (mits koel bewaard) in maart kunnen worden uitgeplant

Plant-instructies: Doet het in vrijwel alle soorten grond, behalve de meest extreme. Zon of halfschaduw. Regelmatig voeding geven.
